Ready for the world
Our strategy for 2025 is called "Ready for the world". Here we have presented a wide range of initiatives to ensure that we train and educate young people, so that they are prepared for the world that awaits them after high school.
Our ambition is that everyone who comes to BG can say without hesitation, "I look forward to coming to BG every day, and I go home from BG proud and happy every day, knowing that I've done my best."
THE STRATEGY FLOWER
Our goal is that all students will flourish and grow during their time at BG. Therefore, we have designed our strategy as a flower that should make everyone at BG ready for the world. Every petal on the flower helps to make BG the secure choice.

Trust
Trust and security between management, staff, and students. Trust both requires and creates a working environment where security and openness set the agenda. When these are the cornerstones, then we can move away from a negative zero-error culture. With trust and openness, we at BG can focus on innovation, development, and motivation.
