Winner Development = Personal and SELF Leadership Development
On Wednesday, April 2, 2025, Birkerød Gymnasium, HF, IB and boarding school had the pleasure of having a visit from associate professor Søren Brinch from SDU. Søren gave a guest lecture to all HF students on the topic of personal development and leadership development in an interpersonal perspective.

Søren is a bundle of energy like no other! In addition to being a committed and empathetic lecturer, he is a serial entrepreneur with the companies Seaside Food, Vinderledselse and National Park Safari on his CV.
Among other things, Søren focuses on how the students' mindset can be changed so that they dare to believe in themselves and think of themselves as winners, with the special skills and personality that every ALL, according to Søren, possesses. Søren's message was that everyone is unique, you just have to find it in yourself, and therefore all students had to write their "Essay about me".
Søren's lecture involved the students, so they learned to step out of their comfort zone and into their personal self-leadership.
