Sports Day 2025!

Finally, it was time for Sports Day at BG!
All students, teachers, and staff at the school put on their sportswear today to go all out in various disciplines across the campus. After a joint warm-up in Dumpedalen, competitions were held in no fewer than eight different sports: Football, Ultimate Frisbee, and Floorball on the fields; Volleyball and Basketball in the halls; Duathlon in Rude Forest; Dance in the assembly hall; and the eighth discipline of the day, the relay race — where the teachers also fielded a strong team — ended the day with a bang in Dumpedalen.
All of it took place under blazing sunshine and a pleasant breeze, which undoubtedly helped BG’s athletes power through the day. Sports Day is always a highlight of the year, bringing the school together in festive competition and sportsmanship.
Winners from the respective sports will be announced at next week’s morning assembly.
