Graduation Cap Days at Birkerød Gymnasium – Help Us
Help Us Create a Great Day for Everyone. The graduation season is about to begin at Birkerød Gymnasium, and we look forward to celebrating the many students who are completing their upper secondary education.
To ensure a positive experience for graduates, families, and students who are still taking examinations, we kindly ask all guests to show extra consideration while visiting the school.
We encourage parents, family members, and friends to arrive well in advance, as parking may be limited on and around the school grounds.
When students leave their examinations and receive their graduation caps, we kindly ask guests to avoid loud cheering, shouting, or other noisy celebrations in the corridors. There will often be other students who are still taking exams and need a calm and quiet environment in which to work.
For the same reason, guests are asked not to enter or gather in the examination corridors. We kindly refer you to the designated celebration areas in the Assembly Hall, Harlekin, and the Administration Corridor.
To help maintain a safe and pleasant environment for everyone, the use of confetti cannons is not permitted. Guests are also asked not to spray or throw liquids, glitter, or similar materials anywhere on the school grounds.
Covered tables will be available for graduates and their guests in the Assembly Hall, Harlekin, and the Administration Corridor. You are very welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks to enjoy with the graduate after the examination.
