1.HF parents' meeting
Time for the 1st HF parent meeting 😊
Dear 1.HF parents, We are now well into the school year, and the new friends and teachers are becoming everyday for the students at BG. Therefore, the time has come for us to invite you inside the school for a parents' meeting.
The meeting will be held in the school assembly hall on Thursday 26 September 2024 at 17.00 – 18.00.
The assembly hall is located right next to the school's main entrance.
Broadly speaking, the program consists of 2 parts:
• HF coordinator and study advisor Susanne Vestergaard Knudsen will provide information about the HF course in general and about the year's most important events in 1.HF, including subject package selection and exams. You will also hear about the opportunities to get professional and personal support.
• The class leaders, Sophie Lehn Brand (1p) and Henrik Engholm Jacobsen (1q), will talk about daily life at BG, about the classes and about the teaching of their subjects at HF. They also talk about our considerations about how we create the best learning environment and the best development opportunities for our HF students.
There will of course be an opportunity to ask questions of general interest, and after the meeting you can talk to the study advisor about questions of a more personal nature.
Please note that the meeting is only for parents and that registration is not necessary.
The meeting is hosted by: Sophie Lehn Brand, class leader in 1p, and chemistry teacher in 1p and 1q. Henrik Engholm Jacobsen, class leader in 1q and natural geography teacher in 1p and 1q, and religion teacher in 1q. Susanne Vestergaard Knudsen, HF coordinator and study advisor.
